Aurora’s cattle are raised humanely in the Midwest and corn fed for exceptional flavor and tenderness. Livestock is sourced within 300 miles of their processing plant in Illinois, reducing animal stress and guaranteeing the best tasting beef.

The experienced staff hand select the finest prime cuts for Leonards. This ensures their customers always get the same high quality eating experience every time.

Most of our lamb comes from Colorado, which is one of the top lamb producing areas in the world. Colorado, with its fresh mountain air and nutritious grass and grain, raises lamb that is juicier and tastier, with better texture.
